Temporary Changes to Self-Certification – Medical Certificates for Work

Please note with immediate effect, you can now self-certify for 28 days. This has been increased temporarily from 7 days. Please click here for more information.  You do not need to contact your GP for a medical certificate (Med 3) before 28 days. If your illness is continuing over 28 days, please contact us then.

We may charge for a certificate if requested before the 28 day period.

If you are unwell and need to speak to us – please contact us in the normal way, you can book routine consultations online via the NHS app or Systmonline or call us.
