We recognise that our Reception/Waiting Room area can be busy, a confidential room is usually available if required – please ask at reception.  We also have Confidential Information slips available on the counter, should you wish to write down your information to hand to the Receptionist.

We ask you for personal information so that you can receive appropriate care and treatment.
