Who Are We: King George Surgery was one of the very few practices in the North Herts and Stevenage area with a strong active Patient Liaison Group and was established in the late 1990’s. With effect from 1 April 2021 the Surgery has merged with Manor House Surgery which is located in the North East of the Town.
The Group is open to all our patients for discussion of the services provided by the Practice and we are always looking for new members to join as we value your views on what is being done in the Surgery and also to offer any suggestions which you may have for improving the service given by the Practice.
Should you be interested in joining the Group then please can you complete the attached form and return it to the Practice marked for the attention of the Patient Liaison Group Chairman.
Patient Liaison Group Enrolment
The Group along with the Practice Manager and a Doctor meet quarterly. Throughout the year we try to hold informative Open Evenings on topics that hopefully are of interest to the Patients of the Surgery. Topics of interest are either suggestions which have been put forward by the Group or the Doctors but we also welcome suggestions from Patients.
Facebook Page: We have also recently created a Facebook page. We intend for this to be a further means of communication to highlight items of interest plus upcoming events. To access the Page please log onto Facebook, go into Groups and search for King George & Manor House Surgeries and request an invite to join.
It should be noted however that the Facebook page is not intended to be used as a channel for any complaints Patients may have regarding the Surgery. If a Patient does have cause to complain then please let the Practice Manager know, or use the Suggestion Box located in the Reception Area.
