All of our female GPs are trained in supporting patients through Menopause. We know Menopause is featuring quite a lot across the media right now, and we want to assure you we can support as needed. There are a range of options to consider and some over-the-counter type remedies that can help, some may be more suitable than others.
Our GPs recommend reading about Menopause from reliable sources prior to making an appointment, this will help you to get the most from your time with the GP. If you would prefer to be seen face-to-face that is not a problem, please just ask when booking an appointment – routine appointments are usually available 3-4 weeks in advance. If you haven’t already had a blood test specifically looking at hormone levels, it may be worth discussing this in a telephone appointment first.
