Routine consultation
You can submit an online request using our online consultation tool above.
A clinician will then assess your request and you will be contacted. If the clinician needs to see you face to face this will be arranged.
For Nursing consultations, our Reception teams will be able to advise the correct process for your issue.
There are some conditions and issues that our Reception team will be able to book a direct face-to-face consultation with a Doctor, they will advise you if this is the case.

Online requests
Home Visits
If you are too unwell to attend the surgery and wish request a doctor to visit, please make the request between 8.00am and 10.00am when possible, as this will ensure the visiting doctor has your records.
Your visit request will be triaged by the duty doctor in order to assess whether a home visit is appropriate. If you are able to get to the surgery, please do so whenever possible.
