We operate a telephone triage system. Please call us. A clinician will call you back and discuss your issue, and if we need to see you they will arrange a face-to-face appointment in a suitable time frame – this may be the same day or on another day. For Nursing appointments, our Reception teams will be able to book you directly if the appointment requires in-person attendance. There are some conditions and issues that our Reception team will be able to book a direct face-to-face appointment with a Doctor, they will advise you if this is the case.
Only patients with pre-booked appointments will be allowed access to the waiting room at this time. We will update this page if the situation changes.

Please note every Wednesday 12.30pm – 1.30pm the Surgery is closed for staff training. We are also closed on bank holidays.
Extended Access Service
Patients at this surgery can make telephone appointments with our Extended Access Service, which offers routine, pre-bookable telephone appointments available in the evenings and weekends.
Please call the surgery as normal to book. You can speak with a local clinician at your convenience and you will need to consent to your medical record being viewed electronically by your clinician.
This service is suitable for most but not all issues – our receptionists will be able to advise you. For more information please contact us.

You can also register with us to access SystmOnline via our website – Patients will be able to register for online services by carrying out the following actions. Once registered, you will be able to book routine telephone appointments and order your repeat prescriptions online.
1. Patients must present themselves to a member of the reception team with a form of identification from the criteria lists below:

2. Parent/Guardians must bring a form of photographic ID for themselves and for the child. If a child does not have photographic ID, then birth certificate is accepted. Parental access is granted until the child turns 11 years of age, and after this point the child must expressly consent.
3. Under no circumstances will usernames / passwords be given out to anyone else other than the patient presenting themselves with their own identification.
4. Once a username / password is issued you will be able to access the online service via the link on our website.

Appointments can be cancelled when we are closed by calling the surgery number and using your telephone key pad, just follow the instructions.
