Appointments

We operate a telephone triage system.  Please call us.  A clinician will call you back and discuss your issue, and if we need to see you they will arrange a face-to-face appointment in a suitable time frame – this may be the same day or on another day.  For Nursing appointments, our Reception teams will be able to book you directly if the appointment requires in-person attendance.  There are some conditions and issues that our Reception team will be able to book a direct face-to-face appointment with a Doctor, they will advise you if this is the case.

Only patients with pre-booked appointments will be allowed access to the waiting room at this time. We will update this page if the situation changes.

If you are visiting for an appointment:

  • please check in – check in screens are in operation once again at both sites –
    • at King George – please proceed to the lobby and use the screens
    • at Manor House – please ring the door bell to gain access and then use the screen as you enter
  • please attend alone where possible
  • please wear a face covering and observe social distancing

Please note every Wednesday 12.30pm – 1.30pm the Surgery is closed for staff training. We are also closed on bank holidays.

This service is suitable for most but not all issues – our receptionists will be able to advise you.  For more information please contact us.
