Ordering repeat prescriptions

Please use the NHS app or your SystmOnline account to order your repeat medications.

If you are not able to order, it will mean the maximum number of issues has been reached and you will be due a review of your medication which may include blood tests.

Please allow sufficient time to order your medication.

You can also make requests using your computerised prescription counterfoil:

• using the letter box outside the surgeries
• using the letter box inside the entrance foyer (King George)
• by post, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to either site
