Routine appointments
We operate a telephone triage system, please call us on 01438 361111.
A clinician will call you back and discuss your issue, and if they need to see you they will arrange a face-to-face appointment.
For Nursing appointments, our Reception teams will be able to book you directly if the appointment requires in-person attendance.
There are some conditions and issues that our Reception team will be able to book a direct face-to-face appointment with a Doctor, they will advise you if this is the case.

Cancelling your appointment
If you have an appointment and you cannot attend or wish to cancel, you can do this by calling us on 01438 361111 or use our online form below.

Extended Access
Patients at this surgery can make telephone appointments with our Extended Access Service, which offers routine, pre-bookable telephone appointments available in the evenings and weekends.
Please call the surgery as normal to book. You can speak with a local clinician at your convenience and you will need to consent to your medical record being viewed electronically by your clinician.
This service is suitable for most but not all issues – our receptionists will be able to advise you. For more information please contact us.
Home Visits
If you are too unwell to attend the surgery and wish request a doctor to visit, please make the request between 8.00am and 10.00am when possible, as this will ensure the visiting doctor has your records.
Your visit request will be triaged by the duty doctor in order to assess whether a home visit is appropriate. If you are able to get to the surgery, please do so whenever possible.
