Practice Operations – no change from Thursday 24th February

There will be no changes to practice operations from Thursday 24th February. Patients will still be required to wear face masks/coverings when visiting either site. Our staff will still be wearing protective equipment, including surgical face masks at all times.

We will still be screening patients for symptoms of COVID-19 prior to face-to-face appointments, and still exercising every possible precaution to safeguard not only vulnerable patients coming into our practice premises, but also our workforce. If we do not have sufficient workforce, well and in work – we cannot take care of you.

To keep you safe, we will still be requiring any staff that test positive with COVID-19 to remain at home. Please bear in mind this may mean we have periods of lower staffing levels, and may have to cancel appointments at times.

Please do not visit either practice site if you have a confirmed COVID-19 infection of you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. We encourage patients to continue to access testing, which will continue to be available until 1st April 2022.
