Trainee Doctors

King George Surgery is an approved training practice for General Practice Specialist Trainees (GPST) doctors and Foundation Year 2 (FY2) doctors.  They spend 4 months under supervision of a GP Trainer and offer regular appointments.  They are fully qualified, GMC registered doctors and work under supervision at the surgery.

King George Surgery is also an approved training practice for Cambridge Medical School students who complete GP Placements throughout the year.  If you are offered an appointment with a medical student, you will always be reviewed by the supervising GP.
